1. Eligibility
- The competition is open to individuals, teams, and production studios based in India.
- Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry (or require guardian consent if below 18).
- Each participant/team can submit only one unique entry.
2. Competition Structure
The competition will be conducted in four stages:
APPLICATION PHASE
Participants must submit their application along with a portfolio/showreel showcasing prior work.
SHORTLISTING PHASE
Entries will be shortlisted based on creative quality, storytelling ability, and technical expertise demonstrated in the portfolio.
SUBMISSION PHASE
Shortlisted participants must create and submit an original AI-generated film/video within the given deadline. Detailed submission guidelines (theme, duration, format, etc.) will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
FINAL JUDGING
Winners will be selected by a jury panel based on predefined evaluation criteria.
3. Submission Guidelines
All submitted films must:
- Be original work created specifically for this competition.
- Use AI tools in a meaningful capacity (image generation, animation, voice, editing, etc.).
- Adhere to the specified duration limits (2–5 minutes).
- Be submitted in the required format, resolution, and aspect ratio.
Participants must ensure:
- No copyright infringement (music, footage, assets, etc.).
- Proper rights/licenses are obtained for any third-party material used.
4. Use of AI
- The core of the project must involve AI-assisted or AI-generated filmmaking processes.
- Participants may use any AI tools (e.g., image generation, video generation, voice synthesis, editing tools), unless otherwise specified.
- The organizing team may request a breakdown of tools/workflow used.
5. Evaluation Criteria
Entries will be judged on:
- Storytelling & Narrative Quality
- Creativity & Originality
- Use of AI Tools & Innovation
- Visual & Technical Execution
- Emotional Impact / Engagement
6. Intellectual Property & Rights
- Participants retain ownership of their work.
- By submitting, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Showcase entries for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
- Feature content on digital platforms, events, and press materials.
7. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified if:
- Found to be plagiarized or infringing copyrights.
- Contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- Fail to meet submission guidelines or deadlines.
- Provide false or misleading information.
8. Deadlines
All submissions must be made before the specified deadlines:

Late entries will not be considered unless explicitly stated.
9. Jury & Decision
- The jury's decision will be final and binding.
- No appeals or disputes regarding results will be entertained.
10. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior.
- Any form of misconduct may lead to disqualification.
11. Modifications
The organizers reserve the right to:
- Modify rules, timelines, or structure if necessary.
- Cancel or postpone the competition in unforeseen circumstances.
12. Liability
Organizers are not responsible for:
- Technical issues during submission.
- Loss of data or incomplete entries.
