How it works

How to turn a script into video with AI.

Four steps from a pasted script to an exported cut.

  1. Paste or upload your script

Screenplay format or plain text both work. Scene headings and dialogue stay exactly as you wrote them.

  2. Check the scene split

Frameo breaks the script at each scene heading or paragraph. Dialogue becomes the voiceover track. Merge or split any scene before you shoot.

  3. Pick a look, voice and ratio

Choose one style for every scene, a narration voice and 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1. The length of the video follows your word count.

  4. Generate, swap any shot, export

Frameo makes the shots scene by scene. Replace any shot that misses, then export the cut.

  1. Script page

    About 150 words

Four scenes, each opened by its own slug line. Scene one: INT. KITCHEN – MORNING, where Maya sorts her spending into jars.

Medium close-up of a woman at a storyboard wall of blank scene cards, pencil in hand, thoughtful, soft daylight from a side window, calm studio, shallow depth of field, no text
  2. Scene split

    Four scenes

Frameo splits the page at each slug line. Scene one is the kitchen and the jars. The next three scenes follow the script's own headings, and you can check each break before anything is generated.

  3. Shots per scene

    Shots per scene

Every scene is broken into shots, each with its own framing, action and line. You can review the list, adjust a shot and pick the model that renders it on the canvas.

  4. Voiceover and music

    Narration from script

The narrator reads each line exactly as the script writes it. You pick the voice, and music runs under the narration.

  5. Final cut

    60 s · 16:9 or 9:16

The four scenes land in script order and export as one 60-second video, in widescreen or vertical, whichever ratio you chose.

Yes. Dialogue and narration are voiced as you wrote them, unless you edit the lines yourself.

Both work. Scene headings set the split in a screenplay, and paragraph breaks set it in plain text.

Yes. Regenerate or swap any single shot and the other scenes stay exactly as they were.

The voice generator shows the full list of available voices and languages. You can preview each voice in Frameo before you generate, so you hear the read before you commit to it.
