Introducing Agent Modes: Smarter choices for how you create
With Frameo Modes, now choose what suits the work: Lite for cost-effective brainstorming and high-volume video, Pro for enhanced quality, or Custom to select the models yourself.
Getting a video right often means trying a few different ideas.
You might be exploring openings for an ad, working through a scene, or creating several videos for a campaign. Cost matters when you’re making all those attempts, and some projects call for more attention to quality.
Explore ideas and create at volume with Lite
When you have a few directions in mind, you want room to test them. Lite gives you a cost-effective way to explore different openings, visual treatments and scene ideas before deciding which direction to take.
It uses a preselected set of models, so you can start on your brief without choosing a model for each part of the production. Lite is also built for high-volume projects where keeping costs manageable matters throughout the work.
Choose Pro when quality is the priority
A cinematic product reveal or a scene with complex movement calls for a different approach. Pro is designed for enhanced quality, with a focus on cinematic finish and high-motion scenes.
Frameo’s agent selects models based on the task, taking your brief and creative direction into account. You can focus on describing what you want to make while the agent handles the model choices.
Pick your own models with Custom
If you already have models you like working with, Custom lets you choose them separately for Chat, Image, Video and Audio. You can select a video model, for example, while leaving the other categories on Agent selects.
Chat allows one model selection. For Image, Video and Audio, you can select multiple models for the agent to choose from. If one is unavailable, the agent can use another from your selection.
Try Modes on your next project
Open the mode picker in the Frameo composer and choose Lite, Pro or Custom before entering your brief. Your selected mode stays visible in the composer, so you can check the choice before you begin.
Whether you’re trying out an idea or working through a larger production, you now have more say in the models behind it.

What’s the difference between Lite, Pro and Custom?
Lite uses a preselected set of models for cost-effective exploration and high-volume video. Pro prioritizes enhanced quality, with the agent selecting models based on the task. Custom lets you make your own model selections for Chat, Image, Video and Audio.
Is Lite only for rough drafts?
Lite is designed for brainstorming and quick iterations, but it also supports high-volume video projects where cost is a priority. You can choose it for ongoing production as well as early exploration.
When should I choose Pro?
Choose Pro when enhanced quality is the priority, particularly for cinematic finish or scenes with a lot of motion. Describe what you want to create, and the agent selects models for the task.
Do I need to know which AI models to use?
You can use Lite or Pro without selecting individual models. Lite comes with a preselected set, while Pro leaves model selection to the agent. Custom is there for when you have a preference.
Can I choose my video model and let Frameo handle the rest?
Yes. Open Custom, select your video model and leave Chat, Image and Audio on Agent selects. You can make a choice in any category without manually choosing models in all four.
What does “Agent selects” mean in Custom?
It leaves that category’s model selection to Frameo’s agent, following Pro’s model-selection behavior. You can keep this setting in some categories while choosing models yourself in others.
What happens if I select more than one model?
For Image, Video and Audio, the agent chooses which of your selected models to use. Selecting several models does not instruct it to generate a separate result with every model. Chat allows one model selection.
Where do I find Modes in Frameo?
Open the mode picker in the composer, where you enter your brief. You’ll see Lite, Pro and Custom. After you make a choice, the selected mode appears in the composer.
