Invite the people who create the work and the people who help it get approved. Reviewers, approvers and production managers can take part without additional seat fees.
Your team can keep the brief, assets, generations, edits and feedback in the same workspace instead of moving work between the production tool, shared drives and review threads.
Pay when your team creates
Frameo uses usage-based pricing.
Your workspace has a shared pool of credits. Credits are used for generation and premium model usage, not for adding collaborators, reviewing work or managing a production.
That means your cost grows with the amount of content your team produces, not with the number of people who need to participate.
A reviewer who leaves feedback does not consume credits. A creator uses credits when they generate.

Keep usage under control
Bringing more people into the workspace should not make spending unpredictable.
Workspace admins can control how the shared credit pool is used:
- Set a default credit limit for generating members.
- Give an individual creator a different limit when their workload requires it.
- Set project-level limits for a campaign, client or production.
- Review usage across the workspace, by project and by creator.
An individual limit takes precedence over the workspace default. The credits available to a member are always limited by the workspace balance and the limits that apply to them.
If the workspace runs out of credits, generation pauses. The team can still open projects, review work, comment and access production history.

Does Frameo charge per member?
No. You can add unlimited members to a Frameo workspace without paying a separate fee for each person.
What uses credits?
AI generation and premium model usage consume workspace credits. Adding members, reviewing work, commenting and managing productions do not consume credits.
Do reviewers consume credits?
Reviewers do not consume credits when they view, comment on or approve work. If a member generates content, that generation uses workspace credits.
Can everyone use the workspace’s credits?
Generating members can use the shared credit pool within the limits set for them and their projects.
Can we limit how many credits one creator uses?
Yes. Admins can set a workspace default and assign daily or monthly credit limits to an individual creator. The individual limit takes precedence over the default.
Can we set a budget for a project?
Yes. Project-level limits help keep a campaign, client or production within its generation budget.
What happens when a user runs out of credits?
An admin can allocate more credits to the user as needed, or change their daily or monthly credit limits to suit the user’s needs.
What happens when the workspace runs out of credits?
Generation pauses until the workspace adds credits. Members can still access projects, review work, comment and view production history.
Does adding more members increase generation concurrency?
No. Unlimited members and generation concurrency are separate. Concurrency depends on the workspace plan.
